You get an interactive Gantt chart that shows all constants, dependencies, material requirements, work, project phases, invoicing and delivery dates. Compare your project plan with your capacity to ensure that there are resources to promise delivery dates to the customer.

Price your project

After creating a project budget, you can quickly price and quote using flexible price lists in SAP Business One or add a margin % to materials, labor costs or the total project cost. You can then use this calculation in your quote or order.

Resource allocation

By using an intuitive “drag and drop” planning view, you can quickly and easily allocate project activities to departments, sub-departments, machines and people, all customizable to your organization. You get an overview of resource utilization and a basis for creating work orders.

Material handling

Plan your material needs based on the projects. All projects can contain individual material components and predefined material structures. Along with this, you can modify the material structure to a unique material structure for the project.

Time registration and control

Record time on your projects, activities, and work orders. Users on the go can record time via the web. Work hours are displayed as hours worked and can be directly compared to budgeted hours. The hours are updated directly in the project Gantt chart.

Project invoicing

In the project, you can easily create an invoicing model. Advance payment, percentage of completion, project phase, or time and materials are handled in the invoicing model. Invoices can be linked to a percentage of how far a project activity has been completed, a project phase, or a specific date. All to ensure that invoices are created at the agreed time.

All projects have a picture where you can check the outcome against budget and products in progress. This gives you a quick overview of any financial changes in the project. For each project activity or project phase, you have a look at planned and current costs, margin in the project, products in progress and planned budget.
