Skellefteå company BeOneNorth best in Sweden for business systems

BeOneNorth's implementation at disc golf manufacturer Latitude 64 has been named Business System Project of the Year 2023/24. The prestigious award is presented by HerbertNathan & Co, the market leader in Scandinavia in consulting and procurement of business systems.
– We are proud and happy, this is echoing in the industry, says Jan Stenberg, CEO at BeOneNorth.

The Business System Project of the Year award is given to highlight the best business system project in Sweden. The jury for the award looks at, among other things, the preparatory work, clarity between the company's goals and vision linked to the business system strategy, the procurement process, the relationship between customer and supplier, and the implementation.

– In addition to the honor, it is an important award for our business. We are advancing our positions in the market and also making the SAP Business One system better known. HerbertNathan & Co, which is behind the award, is a major player that many people turn to for advice, and now we are included as a hot alternative with them, says Jan Stenberg.

BeOneNorth started the project at Latitude 64 in February 2023 and completed it in September of the same year. The challenge was that Latitude 64 had a system support with internal documents, several online shops and a standalone financial system. The lack of standardization of data management, logistics and production processes led to deviations and inefficient flows. In order to continue growth in a global market, the owners and management realized that there was a need to introduce a business system and streamlined processes.

– Latitude 64 turned to us to use SAP Business One and our business-savvy consultants to create better control, automate, streamline and enable continued growth. After just over six months of intimate collaboration with Latitude 64, we had implemented a business system that led to increased efficiency, integration of information, cost savings and better decision-making, among other things, says Jan Stenberg.

From the jury's motivation: "The project shows how a business system can deliver advanced technical solutions and create long-term value that exceeds expectations."

– A successful project that required a major change effort from us. We went from internal documents, various independent web platforms and an accounting system, to implementing a Business System that will integrate with external systems, says Hans Petter Hauge, CFO at Latitude 64.

The Business Systems Project of the Year award was presented at the ERP Summit in Stockholm on May 21.
